Here is all that is left of my Hosta ‘Teaspoon’. Teaspoon had been in the concrete garden that was overrun by evergreen tree roots. It definitely suffered from the competition and hasn’t increased much if at all. Teaspoon is a cross between Birchwood Parky’s Gold and Golden Tiara. Probably the cutest thing about Teaspoon is its serrated edge. It’s got teeth!
Today I moved Teaspoon to a new bed and disassembled the concrete garden. I purchased my itty bitty Teaspoon in either 2005 or 2006 from Bridgewood Gardens. Here it is in the early spring, 2007:
