Someday I’ll get a photo of this plant that does it justice. Hosta ‘Squire Rich’ is a medium sized hosta with a broad golden green, pie crust edged leaf. It’s a solid and bright plant that although advertised as upright has been a low grower for me. I got this plant in 2006 from Direct Source Hostas – thankfully as a part of a grab bag sort of deal. I say thankfully because I probably never would have picked it out to order on my own but I’m thrilled with the shape and the color. Lucky me.
