Lakeside Love Affaire is a beautiful hosta with an amazing multicolored leaf. It’s a large sized hosta with a romantic white center lovingly bordered by two shades of green. This upright, lolling mound has been a slow grower for me but as you can see, the leaves themselves are large despite still having only one eye.
There are very few plants that have taken my breath away when I have seen them in person for the first time. This is one of them. It looked amazing in photos and even more amazing in person. The leaf looks handpainted like an impressionist work of art. Stunning. As long as it grows well, it will be one of my favorites for certain.
