I found little Herifu! I had moved Herifu back to a holding bed without a label. I moved this little plant over to near the pond where it can grow under Parky’s Prize. Herifu is cute but so tiny I don’t think it will ever make much of a statement. Maybe I’ll be proved wrong. It’s really nice to find a plant I had lost rather than having it disappear as dead.
Herifu, oh Herifu… wherefore art thou Herifu? I purchased this plant from Bridgewood Gardens in 2006 but hell if I know where it is now. It’s May, 2008 and almost every plant is up out of the ground. A lot of markers have been removed by industrious squirrels so it’s possible it’s out there somewhere… but where? It’s a mystery! It’s also time for new plant tags. Better redo the whole garden this year. Sigh.
